There are plenty of gorgeous antique board games available, both board games and old equipment for classic strategy games. There are some very cool old Chess and Go sets available, for example.

When buying expensive antique items, it's always necessary to be extra careful to avoid fakes and forgeries. If the item you're buying is expensive (whatever expensive means to you), make sure you get enough proof of authenticity to satisfy you. If the seller can't prove that he's selling the real thing, it's best to skip buying. Of course, if you're only shopping for the look and don't really mind if the items is authentic or not as long as it looks old, then it doesn't really matter.
