Subway Scrabble is an advertisement campaign run by Subway restaurant chain. The game consists of three games: an In-Restaurant Instant Win Game, a Collect & Win Game, and an Online Instant Win Game. The game is running until the end of September in US Subway restaurants.

Official Game Pieces are available from Subway restaurants with purchases, but you can - obviously - buy them from eBay! From the game FAQ:

The Official Game Piece consists of two parts and allows you to participate in three SUBWAY® SCRABBLE games. The In-Restaurant Instant Win portion of the Official Game Piece reveals whether or not you've instantly won a prize. The Collect & Win portion of the Official Game Piece reveals a SCRABBLE Letter and Unique Game Code, which you must collect to complete Winning Words and win prizes. Your Collect & Win Unique Game Code, when registered online, also automatically allows you to participate in the Online Instant Win game to win other prizes.
